 Crime in india is very common and happens in many different ways. ALONG WITH VIOLENT CRIMES LIKE (HOMICIDE, ROBBERY and assault) And property crimes like(burglary, theft, motor vehicle theft and arson),they are major problems with organized crime   the illegal drug trade  arms trafficking, corruption and many other forms of crime. Organized crime is planned and done by group of people. Their goals are to gain power and make money in illegal ways which include-drug trafficking, gun running, money laundering, extortion, murder for hire  fraud ,human trafficking, poaching,  black marketing, religious violence, terrorism, abduction, computer hacking, cyber stalking, email fraud ,spam, corruption, bribes, tax evasion, embezzlement, petty crime the core organized crime activity is the supply of illegal goods and services to countless number of citizens customers. It is also deeply involved in legitimate business and in labour unions.it employs illegitimate methods to drive out ownership and leadership  and to extract illegal profits from the public.  It also corrupt public officials to avert governmental interference and is becoming increasingly sophisticated  .it consists of a durable core of key individuals.  Around them there's a cluster of subordinates specialists and other mote transient members plus an extended network of disposable associates. Many groups are In pratice loose network speed of criminals that come together for the duration of criminals activity   others are bounded by family or ethnic ties.  Women's are also subjected to crime, violence, torture, psychological harassment, abutment to suicide and many more.A young married women is beaten to death,burnt or driven to suicide, as a result of such heinous crimes  and violence women undergoes unbearable suffering  like self isolation, unemployment, income loss and fail to provide child care which is a grave concern. The notion that women are weak and dependent on men is deeply ingrained in our society. In conclusion it creates a insecurity and fear can be solved by providing comprehensive care pro actively. Even though there are shameful acts that are punishable in different countries  have observed an increase in the crime rate in past few years. Crime is any act that has an effect on the society as a whole causing disturbance and panic in the society. Appropriate laws have been made by the governments and the criminal justice system of different countries.  Governments has been trying hard by amending the law to punish offenders, yet every single day observes a surge from the previous day. Possible cause for increase in crime rate in india are - illiteracy, poverty,  ineffective law and justice system,  intoxication, childhood care, internet, television, family condition, religious aggression,political aggression, society, psychological behavior
